I’ve used this company for years and have never had a bad experience. They are pretty thorough and have never pressured me into anything I didn’t want. I’m so happy to see the next generation involved in carrying on the tradition of excellent service. This last visit must have been set by fate because they saved me from a flooded basement and a gas leak. Everything went as well as you could ask and hope and I will continue to refer them to everyone who asks. I always feel like a VIP when dealing with everyone I’ve encountered at the company and you just do not find service like that very often anymore.
Billy is professional and friendly. Takes time to talk to you and make sure you understand. We like being on their maintenance plan. They give me a call every spring and fall to set up service and I don’t have to remember to do it. They do it for me!
They were very professional, explained what they were doing, cleaned up after completing the work, and took care to make sure system was properly functioning before they left. We have only had great service from Arctic Sun for the last 11 years and when we needed them, they were there to fix any problem that came up. This includes replacing equipment that has suddenly needed to be replaced - like our hot water tank.
